Job Description

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Litigation Support Project Manager to join our client's dynamic legal team. This role is critical in supporting litigation efforts through the expert use of RelativityOne. You will work closely with E-Discovery Counsel to support electronic discovery workflows and ensure efficient, accurate data handling across all cases.

Key Responsibilities

· Process Electronically Stored Information (ESI) into RelativityOne, adhering to specifications and ESI Protocols.

· Manage and manipulate data load files and load productions received from opposing counsel and third parties.

· Coordinate and execute document productions and apply a strong understanding of the EDRM model and litigation lifecycle.

· Generate and maintain detailed tracking reports for discovery processing and production.

· Apply precise redactions to images and native files.

· Learn and administer additional Relativity functions as needed.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

o Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Relativity Processing in a law firm or vendor environment.

o Minimum 2+ years of experience managing document productions using load files and running/exporting productions in Relativity.

o Full-cycle litigation experience is essential.

Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in Relativity system administration.

o Strong working knowledge of electronic discovery best practices.

o Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
